We design and produce ephemeral gastronomic events, in unique settings, inviting upcoming culinary creative talents to express their art, in partnerships with local suppliers.
Founded by Kim Vignes in 2022, a French chef and hospitality specialist,

Operating with collaborative manners, we curate a network of creative partners, chefs, waiters, florists, ceramists, and artists, passionate, inspired and inspiring personalities.
Together, we imagine exclusive moments, authentic culinary experiences, to eat, meat and connect around the table.

Founded by Kim Vignes in 2022, a French chef and hospitality consultant, a sereia cantina was born with a desire to create connections and explore innovative ways of creating culinary events.
After 4 years being a cheffe on a prestigious sailing yacht around the globe, Kim settled in Portugal where she worked as a chef for private villas and mindful retreats. There was born the project with a few pop up events around Portugal.
Now back in the south of France since a year, she has consolidated her experience co directing a festive beach restaurant, managing guest relations and experience.
Installed in Nice where she grew up, she is giving a second birth to the project in France and aim at gathering food talents of her country to create and offer memorable bespoke culinary experiences.
